The Company is planning to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 10. This registration statement will reflect the new business strategy the Company is pursuing in the mobile broadcasting industry. Because the Company is simply changing its business direction and is not engaging in a reverse merger, the audited financial statements will reflect the historical financial condition and performance when the Company was engaged in the development of high tech movements for watches.
