Land Advisors Resort Solutions Relaunches Sales Of Upscale Myrtle Beach Area Golf And Residential Community

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Land Advisors Resort Solutions, (LARS), a leading provider of sales and marketing resources for the destination and resort community industry, has partnered with DGH Thistle, LLC to relaunch the marketing and sales of homesites in Thistle Golf Estates, an exclusive golf and residential community in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. The new deal marks the first time in two years since homesites in the upscale coastal community have been available for purchase.

In its new management role, LARS will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for Thistle Estate's 145+ custom homesites. Each site, spread out along the 409-acre enclave, sits alongside a 27-hole golf course with unobstructed views of the fairways and greens, a 60-acre lake system or delicate nature preserves of wildflowers, wetlands and wildlife.

DGH Thistle, LLC purchased the property in 2013 and are rapidly investing in its development.

The Old World European-style gated community is currently in phase two of development, finalizing the construction of model homes constructed by North Carolina local homebuilders Babb Custom Homes and Whitney Blair Custom Homes.  As homesites continue to sell, Thistle plans to bring on two additional homebuilders to provide an even more diverse selection of custom homes all priced from the mid-$400,000s to $650,000.

Thistle Golf Estates offers its residents a wide variety of amenities, including a Resident's Center currently under construction that features a fitness facility, entertainment and gathering areas. The exterior is anticipated to feature a zero-entry pool with lap lanes, a whirlpool spa, and outdoor kitchen.

Residents also receive advanced tee times and discounted rates at the community's award-winning golf course. Under new ownership, the recently completed golf clubhouse is equipped with an authentic Scottish-style pub along with a member's lounge, a boardroom and private dining room.
