Eau Claire truck enthusiasts continue to turn to the best-selling 2014 Ford F-150

The powerful and efficient pickup is currently available at Osseo Automotive

OSSEO, Wis., March 21, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- When it comes to the trucks currently on the automotive market, there are none quite like the Ford F-150. The F-150 has established itself at the top of the truck segment, and for the last 30 years, not a single competing automaker has been able to come close to dethroning the pickup.

To show consumers how the F-150 has been able to remain at the top of best-seller lists for the past couple of decades, Osseo Automotive, an auto group based outside of Eau Claire, Wis., has added a new model-specific Web page to their series of Ford model information, which provides an in-depth look at all that the pickup is capable of.

The impressive power output of the 2014 Ford F-150 is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons that buyers in the market for a pickup truck continue to opt for the best-selling pickup. The 2014 model comes with the choice of four different engines, two efficient V-6 engines and two powerful V-8 engines. The most powerful of the engines is the available 6.2-liter V-8, which is able to produce a commanding output of 411 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque.

Consumers are also sure to appreciate that the V-6 engines offered under the hood of the F-150 are not only efficient, but powerful as well. When equipped with the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine, the F-150 has the ability to tow up to 11,300 pounds, more than just about every similarly-equipped pickup truck currently available. One of the most impressive capabilities of the V-6 engine, however, is that it's able to produce a highway fuel economy rating of 22 mpg, which keeps the F-150 from constantly having to be refueled.

In addition to its superior power and fuel economy ratings, the Ford F-150 is equipped with numerous systems which help the pickup to control all of the weight that it's capable of hauling and towing. Among the variety of systems is trailer sway control, an electronic-locking rear differential, an integrated trailer brake controller and roll stability control to keep the pickup from tipping its load on even the sharpest of turns.

Consumers interested in finding out more about all that the 2014 Ford F-150 is capable of are encouraged to visit the Osseo Automotive website at www.osseoauto.com. Questions about the powerful and efficient pickup can be directed to Osseo Automotive's professional sales staff, which can be reached through the dealership's website, or by phone at 715-597-3185.

Digital Transformation is much more than a buzzword. The radical shift to digital mechanisms for almost every process is evident across all industries and verticals. This is often especially true in financial services, where the legacy environment is many times unable to keep up with the rapidly shifting demands of the consumer. The constant pressure to provide complete, omnichannel delivery of customer-facing solutions to meet both regulatory and customer demands is putting enormous pressure on...
IoT is at the core or many Digital Transformation initiatives with the goal of re-inventing a company's business model. We all agree that collecting relevant IoT data will result in massive amounts of data needing to be stored. However, with the rapid development of IoT devices and ongoing business model transformation, we are not able to predict the volume and growth of IoT data. And with the lack of IoT history, traditional methods of IT and infrastructure planning based on the past do not app...

More and more brands have jumped on the IoT bandwagon. We have an excess of wearables – activity trackers, smartwatches, smart glasses and sneakers, and more that track seemingly endless datapoints. However, most consumers have no idea what “IoT” means. Creating more wearables that track data shouldn't be the aim of brands; delivering meaningful, tangible relevance to their users should be. We're in a period in which the IoT pendulum is still swinging. Initially, it swung toward "smart for smart...
IoT is rapidly becoming mainstream as more and more investments are made into the platforms and technology. As this movement continues to expand and gain momentum it creates a massive wall of noise that can be difficult to sift through. Unfortunately, this inevitably makes IoT less approachable for people to get started with and can hamper efforts to integrate this key technology into your own portfolio. There are so many connected products already in place today with many hundreds more on the h...

The Jevons Paradox suggests that when technological advances increase efficiency of a resource, it results in an overall increase in consumption.
