Balance transfer period on Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card extended to up to 24 months;
Breakthrough Breast Cancer bids to build on £1.83 million milestone
Charity credit card provider of the year* MBNA and Breakthrough Breast Cancer have extended the balance transfer offer on the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card for eligible new customers.

The Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card from MBNA, which has helped raise more than £1.83million for the charity since the relationship began in 2003, now offers eligible new customers zero percent interest on balance transfers and money transfers for up to 24 months from the account opening date* - up from 12 months previously.
The offer applies to transfers made within the first 90 days (a 2.99 percent handling fee applies to balance transfers and a 4.00 percent fee applies to money transfers), and the card also offers zero percent interest on purchases made in the first three months of account opening.
The new Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card from MBNA is available for consumers to apply for now at http://www.breakthrough.org.uk/support-us/donate-now-and-save-lives/breakthrough-credit-card.
When Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card customers open an account and use their card within the first 90 days - at no cost to them - MBNA will pay Breakthrough Breast Cancer up to £40, plus £2 for every year a customer uses their card and 25p for every £100 spent by customers on card purchases.

Charity credit cards help consumers regularly give to charity - it is done automatically and at no extra cost, and the chosen charity benefits every time a customer uses the card for purchases.
Representative example 18.9% p.a. variable on card purchases. This is equivalent to 18.9% APR representative variable based on a credit limit of £1200.
