IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/21/14 -- Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCQB: UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company that markets and distributes natural gas, petroleum, coal and electricity, announced that senior executives of its subsidiary NDR Energy Group, gathered in Houston, Texas this week for a series of high-level meetings with some of the largest oil, natural gas and energy companies in the world.
The Company is taking major strategic steps for 2014 to improve its financial performance with a sharp focus on increasing net earnings. NDR Energy Group's executives are meeting with various producers, suppliers and customers in Houston to help spearhead the Company's plans to rapidly move forward to grow its profit margins, increase its sales volumes of natural gas and initiate spot market/daily natural gas sales transactions.
NDR Energy's Executive Team is led by President and CEO Ken Harris, and includes Rickey Hart, Vice President of Business Development, NDR Energy's Director of Marketing and another Business Development Executive.
The Executives of NDR Energy Group completed the first of its series of strategic meetings with senior executives of one of the world's largest independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies, that operates in 30 countries. The public company reported over $58.24 billion in revenues in its Annual Report.
