Episode 10 Recap
The home cooks arrive at Toronto's iconic Nathan Phillips Square for their next team challenge with smiles on their faces as they see two decked out food trucks - the challenge? Running the trucks and feeding a hungry lunchtime crowd! With each dish being sold at $5, the truck with the most cash in their till at the end of the challenge wins, and all proceeds go to charity. Tammara captains the blue team and chooses the Mexican food truck, while Eric captains the red team and runs the Italian food truck. The challenge is a tight one - only three customers separate the trucks, and the blue team barely ekes out the win. A Pressure Test forces the red team members to craft a technically difficult Baked Alaska dessert - and ultimately, it's Danielle's MasterChef dream that melts away. She is eliminated from the MASTERCHEF CANADA kitchen.
MASTERCHEF CANADA airs Mondays at 8 p.m./7 p.m. CT on CTV and CTV GO (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times). Last night's episode is now available on demand at CTV.ca and the CTV GO app.
