HONG KONG, March 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Nord Anglia Education, Inc. (NYSE: NORD) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 19,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $16.00 per share on March 25, 2014. The ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 26, 2014 under the symbol "NORD." The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 2,850,000 ordinary shares from the company at the same price to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on or about March 31, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
The offering is being made through an underwriting group led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, which are acting as lead book-running managers. Additional book-running managers are Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. The co-managers for the offering are HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and William Blair & Company, L.L.C.
