WRIGHTWOOD, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/26/14 -- HSC Surveillance (HSCS) a Division of Homeland Security Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HSCC), has announced that it has entered into an agreement to join Green Rush Alliance (GRA) to expand MJ sales opportunities, and has launched a new HD Security Solution for the Industry.
HSC Surveillance has joined the Green Rush Alliance as the security system designer, equipment supplier, and security/compliance consultant for the group. The company will be included in the GRA website, marketing campaigns, events, promotions and materials and will benefit from recommendations (cross promotions) made to current and prospective MJ clients by Alliance members to meet security, alarm and access control needs.
Todd Kaplan, Founding Member (GRA), said, "We are excited to welcome HSC Surveillance into the organization. We believe their experience and services will be key to providing compliance solutions in all the 'legal' States, and will strengthen the alliance as a whole."
Based on increasing security risks in the MJ industry, HSC Surveillance engineers have recently introduced new Hi-definition "plug and play" digital security products directly focused on the protection of MJ facilities. These compliance video/audio systems are easily integrated with point of sale, alarm, access control, and biometric identification platforms and will be baseline of a new cost effective and comprehensive security solution for the industry. The new systems are designed based on experience working with Dispensary and Retail operations.
Included in this release are certain "forward-looking" statements, involving risks and uncertainties, which are covered by the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, along with statements regarding Homeland's performance. Such statements are based on management's current expectations and are subject to certain factors, risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results, events and performance to differ materially from those anticipated.
