LiveHive's Sales Acceleration Solution Launches Insights 2.0 with Predictive Prospect Opportunity Ranking

Engagement Analytics Provide Sales Professionals With Insights That Turn Prospects Into Customers

SAN JOSE, Calif., March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LiveHive Inc. today launches Insights 2.0, a new sales acceleration solution that provides sales professionals with detailed, real-time information on what communications are working and what aren't with prospects. The new update to LiveHive's analytics platform caters to the explosion in growth of inside sales professionals by providing them with tools necessary to find warm leads and ultimately close more deals faster.

With LiveHive (LiveHive.com), sales teams can track who views and shares what information, when and from where; even from social networks like LinkedIn and Google . The cloud-based solution provides sales professionals with detailed, real-time information on the communications that are working and those that aren't with prospects so that they can evaluate and adjust their sales technique accordingly to close more deals, faster.

LiveHive's newest analytics mark the debut of its Opportunity Ranking, Sales Coverage insights and PowerPoint insights. The Opportunity Ranking is a predictive benchmarking tool that ranks leads based on their analyzed engagement activity. The feature assesses prospect behavior and shows sales professionals who is most likely to buy based on their interactions, helping a sales person follow the right lead. The Sales Coverage feature creates maps that show which prospects are engaging, where and from which social network, link or email address. With the new PowerPoint insights, sales professionals can drag and drop a PowerPoint presentation into LiveHive, share it with a prospect and immediately see which slides have been viewed and for how long.

LiveHive's sales acceleration platform gives sales professionals the power to:

  • Drive and track their own email campaign (a task that has been traditionally kept in the hands of the marketing department)
  • Track who views and shares what information, when and from where
  • Evaluate their methods and adjust techniques according to real-time feedback from prospect engagement

"How businesses sell is fundamentally shifting and the demand for inside sales professionals has spiked over 50 percent above last year," said LauraLee Lilyquist, VP of Marketing at LiveHive. "Today, customers do their own product research and don't touch sales departments until they're nearly 60 percent of the way through the sales process. Sales teams require tools to help them adapt to the self-informing customer and LiveHive aims to be a multi-functional and insightful sales solution for them."

LiveHive is a visual and user-friendly sales acceleration platform that fills the gap between traditional marketing automation and CRM. LiveHive also has extensive collaboration and content organization capabilities. Aimed to provide sales solutions to the modern sales professional, LiveHive provides the tools and information about prospects that are needed to close the deal in an ever-changing sales space.
