TORONTO, March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - The advertising campaign "La je-ne-sais-quoi télé" created by Lowe Roche Advertising on behalf of Groupe Média TFO won top honours in the Government & Non-Profit category at the David Ogilvy Awards held in New York March 25th. Every year, the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) holds one of the most rigorous competitions to attract and reward internationally recognized brands, such as Coca-Cola, ESPN, Revlon and Guinness, to name but a few.
The award represents a special acknowledgement for Groupe Média TFO and its advertising agency Lowe Roche. "We are very proud of Lowe Roche's creative work and particularly happy that our critically acclaimed advertising efforts have led to record levels in terms of audience growth. In an ultra-competitive market in which media is undergoing a profound transformation, the outstanding results of our educational content confirm the relevance of our actions. We wish to congratulate the creative and planning teams at Lowe Roche who develop original, intelligent and winning campaigns!" stated Pascal Arseneau, Senior Director of Marketing at Groupe Média TFO.
The David Ogilvy Awards, named after an advertising legend, reward creative use of research in advertising development. "Organizations that set themselves apart are those that can anticipate their clients' needs, that can adjust quickly and that use innovative production and advertising methods," added Glenn O'Farrell, President and Chief Executive Officer. The competition fosters campaigns that show a good understanding of how market intelligence can be used to create strong campaigns that translate into increased operating results and brand loyalty.
