Officer Departs Hudson Valley Bank for New Opportunity

YONKERS, N.Y., March 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen R. Brown, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Valley Bank, the operating subsidiary of Hudson Valley Holding Corp. (NYSE: HVB), has announced that Michael J. Gilfeather will be leaving his position at the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer effective April 3, 2014.

Mr. Gilfeather will join Orange County Trust Company based in Middletown, NY, as President and Chief Executive Officer.
