HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/28/14 -- Brookfield Infrastructure (NYSE: BIP)(TSX: BIP.UN) today announced that it has filed its 2013 annual report on Form 20-F (the "Annual Report"), including its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013, with the SEC on EDGAR as well as with the Canadian securities authorities on SEDAR.
Brookfield Infrastructure notes that, during the first quarter, the partnership agreement for its subsidiary, Brookfield Infrastructure L.P. (the "Infrastructure Partnership"), was amended to improve and simplify the structure of the group by making Brookfield Infrastructure the managing general partner of the Infrastructure Partnership. In addition, related changes were made to the partnership agreement of Brookfield Infrastructure and its Master Services Agreement, and the Voting Agreement for the Infrastructure Partnership was terminated.
