Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) announced today that its Unified Messaging Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with PNC Bank, N.A. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
