Internet Analytics and Modeling Firm Gives "Thumbs Up" to Nestbuilder Agent

RealBiz Media Group Announces Partnership With Pars Media Group

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/01/14 -- Nestbuilder Agent, the video channel of RealBiz Media Group (OTCQB: RBIZ), recently announced that it has been given "top page performance" honors by the CEO of Pars Media Group.

Today, RealBiz CEO Bill Kerby announced a partnership with Pars Media Group as part of his company's latest efforts to make Nestbuilder Agent the most successful real estate internet site in the United States for participating agents.

The incorporation of Pars Media Group's expertise into Nestbuilder Agent's business plan will further enhance its success in helping agents achieve high organic ranking with properties, listings and video channels as well as increase agent adoption. Pars Media Group is an internet advertising network specializing in customized consumer acquisition services for niche vertical markets.

"It is all about the local agent/community and helping them market themselves, and therefore their business, in an all-in-one online experience," Kerby said.

RealBiz announced last week that Nestbuilder Agent has over 350,000 agent pages ready to be claimed. The site is designed for both agents with listings as well as the over 800,000 agents who do not have listings, all of whom will benefit from Nestbuilder Agent by marketing themselves and their services.

"This site is designed specifically as a buyer's agent or a seller's agent virtual office with video as the heart and soul," said Kerby.

However, the big news this week is the initial results of Pars Media's testing of their unique platform with the current Nestbuilder Video Channel and listings pages.

"In the short amount of time we have spent testing our unique platform with the current Nestbuilder agent Video Channel and listing pages, we have been able to verify first page performance for search on a consistent basis," said Adam Silva, CEO of Pars Media Group. This is great news for RealBiz and its agents. "Coupled with Nestbuilder Video attributes and the core of having unique and sticky local content surrounding listings, we believe the strategy is strong and will give agents the uplift they need to compete," he said.

Offering personal and professional web sites, video channels, emails, social media connections and more, the Nestbuilder platform is a "one site suits all" for real estate agents and brokers. It is anticipated real estate agents will be using the Nestbuilder Agent as their primary contact media, thereby optimizing their personal brand, including their personal information as well as more specific information about their services, listings and even their community. Increased SEO rankings are expected to drive traffic directly back to agents and increase duration of client viewership.

Realbiz executives see the key to success with Nestbuilder Agent tied directly to agent engagement and will be enticing real estate agents to sign up for the service by initially targeting 5,000 agents in the first month and growing the marketing numbers steadily thereafter.
