Mr. Greco will be assisted by Mrs. Dominique Boudreau, who will now act as the group's Corporate Controller. Mme Boudreau held the same position the last seven years for Laboratoire Langelier, a company acquired by Ergoresearch Ltd in January 2013.
M. Greco is a member of The Chartered Professional Accountants and has accumulated many years of experience in corporate financing, treasury, administration and in merging and acquisition, for different companies, in services and manufacturing, working in Québec, Canada and at the international.
