Ergoresearch announces the nomination of a C.F.O.

LAVAL, QC, April 1, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - Ergoresearch Ltd « Ergoresearch » (TSX Venture Exchange: ERG) is proud to announce the nomination of Mr. Piero Greco as its new Chief Financial Officer in the management team of the company. Mr. Greco will be assisted by Mrs. Dominique Boudreau, who will now act as the group's Corporate Controller. Mme Boudreau held the same position the last seven years for Laboratoire Langelier, a company acquired by Ergoresearch Ltd in January 2013.

M. Greco is a member of The Chartered Professional Accountants and has accumulated many years of experience in corporate financing, treasury, administration and in merging and acquisition, for different companies, in services and manufacturing, working in Québec, Canada and at the international.

"Mr. Greco strengthens the management team already in place and brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions with over thirty closing.  He also carried out a number of negotiation at the international level and stood out as a proficient manager of human, material and financial resources.
