AMCAD Appoints Rick Lowrey as CEO

AMCAD (the “Company”), a leading provider of software solutions to courts, jails, prosecutors, probation, clerks, recorders and other government offices, announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Rick Lowrey as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors effective immediately.

Lowrey comes to AMCAD with over 25 years of experience in leading organizations and driving growth. Lowrey is formerly a Managing Partner with FuseLinecx, a boutique management consulting firm. Previously Lowrey was the Executive Vice President at Deltek, Inc., an enterprise software and information solutions provider for professional services firms and government contractors. While at Deltek, he held various roles including Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Solutions Group and Executive Vice President for Products & Strategy. Prior to Deltek, Lowrey held financial positions at Titan Corporation, Digicon Corporation and SRA International. Lowrey received his B.S. in Public Administration from George Mason University.
