Ve acquires adGENIE, creating the e-commerce industry's first consolidated remarketing, retargeting and digital advertising delivery company

LONDON, April 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ve Interactive, the leading provider of conversion solutions for the e-commerce industry, today announced that it has completed a multi-million dollar acquisition of adGENIE, Europe's first dynamic prospecting and retargeting advertising solution provider.
Integration of the adGENIE solutions into the Ve Platform will now augment Ve's cross channel capabilities to include ad delivery, dynamic prospecting and retargeting. The VePlatform already houses a portfolio of award-winning re-engagement apps that drive incremental growth by reducing bounce rate, increasing customer engagement and minimizing website abandonment.
