Actuate Corporation (NASDAQ: BIRT), The BIRT Company™ and the leader in personalized analytics and insights, today announced its participation at the 6th Annual Customer Experience Management in Telecom Summit in Berlin, Germany, spanning April 8-10, 2014. This conference examines how telecom market turbulences and challenges affect customer experience, focusing mainly on customer centricity, Big Data and how to leverage “Voice of the Customer.” Allen Bonde, VP of Product Marketing and Innovation at Actuate, will lead a presentation where he will share ways that business users can leverage the power of Big Data and “fast” analytics to gain key insights that will improve everyday business performance.
As a marketer and former industry analyst, Bonde understands the importance of Big (and Small) Data when it comes to delivering effective campaigns and customer experiences. In his presentation, he will explain how business analysts can turn insights into action; first, by having easy access to data pulled from multiple sources, and second, by having a way to explore market trends and respond in minutes to customer needs. More specifically, Bonde will cover the following areas:
- Effective ways to think about data and experience design along the customer journey
- Why speed “wins" regarding customer analytics and service delivery
- Approaches that can deliver the power of advanced analytics to everyday business users, such as BIRT Analytics
Bonde’s presentation will take place from 12:10 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. CET on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Hotel Marriott Courtyard Berlin City Center, in Berlin, Germany.
