REDLANDS, Calif., April 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Prime-Line Products has released two, new, easy-to-use, and innovative products that provide simple solutions and convenience to any home. Prime-Line's sliding window lock and wrench is a new improvement on the basic common sliding window lock; it features a turn wrench to secure the lock in place. Instead of turning the small screw, often found on a sliding window lock, the added turn wrench is easier to grip and tighten. Locking windows is an easy and inexpensive way to secure a home and has the potential to deter an intruder from breaking in. These window locks are an essential part of home security.

Available in aluminum or white finish, the sliding window lock and wrench may be found in hardware, home improvement stores, and online with a suggested retail price of $4.49. Product specifications and images are available online at: www.primeline.net/home4.wcs?nMenuid=7680

Hang-Ups, an over-the-door hanger strip is a simple and innovative product that can easily be installed over the door to create a secure place to hook hangers. Perfect for laundry rooms, it turns a doorway entry into a convenient place to hang clothes while doing the laundry or for the closet when getting ready.

The hanger strip is made of plastic, and can be cut to fit various types or sizes of doors. It is easy to install with standard screws, which are included in the package. The strips are also paintable to match any décor.  Hang-Ups are available for purchase at home improvement stores or on-line with a suggested retail price of $11.99. Additional information and a helpful video about Hang-Ups, are available online at www.primeline.net/home4.wcs?nMenuid=7650.

Prime-Line distributes and manufactures thousands of various types of security products, window & door hardware, and other replacement parts. "Prime-Line is constantly developing innovative and quality products for the home. The sliding window lock and wrench is an example of improving upon a simple and very common household item," says Howard Kaufman, Senior Vice-President. "We believe the best way to serve our customers is by making good products better."

DevOps is under attack because developers don’t want to mess with infrastructure. They will happily own their code into production, but want to use platforms instead of raw automation. That’s changing the landscape that we understand as DevOps with both architecture concepts (CloudNative) and process redefinition (SRE). Rob Hirschfeld’s recent work in Kubernetes operations has led to the conclusion that containers and related platforms have changed the way we should be thinking about DevOps and...

Companies are harnessing data in ways we once associated with science fiction. Analysts have access to a plethora of visualization and reporting tools, but considering the vast amount of data businesses collect and limitations of CPUs, end users are forced to design their structures and systems with limitations. Until now. As the cloud toolkit to analyze data has evolved, GPUs have stepped in to massively parallel SQL, visualization and machine learning.
The next XaaS is CICDaaS. Why? Because CICD saves developers a huge amount of time. CD is an especially great option for projects that require multiple and frequent contributions to be integrated. But… securing CICD best practices is an emerging, essential, yet little understood practice for DevOps teams and their Cloud Service Providers. The only way to get CICD to work in a highly secure environment takes collaboration, patience and persistence. Building CICD in the cloud requires rigorous ar...

Large industrial manufacturing organizations are adopting the agile principles of cloud software companies. The industrial manufacturing development process has not scaled over time.
