PEPPM is a cooperative purchasing program for schools, universities, and other public agencies. Infradapt has extended its awarded contract to the lower 48 continental states, universities, cities, counties, and other public agencies.

PEPPM is the 31-year-old cooperative purchasing program for schools, universities, and other public agencies operated by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This past year the PEPPM program has served nearly 1,500 public agencies among 46 states in communities all across the U.S. The PEPPM program creates and administers piggybackable purchasing contracts for fellow public-sector agencies, thereby lowering total cost of acquisition.
