Concierge Auctions announces that bidding is closed and a sale is pending for the East Caron Estate in Paradise Valley, Arizona

Transaction produced in only five weeks in cooperation with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty

PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz., April 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Concierge Auctions, the New York-based leading auction firm for buying and selling the world's most unique high-end properties, is pleased to announce the pending sale of an exclusive Paradise Valley estate. The 4,600-square-foot residence went under contract last night following a live auction in cooperation with Frank Aazami of the Private Client Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. The buyer is represented by Johnathon De Young, also of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.

"Since my initial partnership with Concierge on the sale of the Happy Valley Estate in 2012, I have enthusiastically included their auction solution in my portfolio of offerings as one of my selling tools for our clients," stated Aazami. "The Concierge team is unmatched; with undeniable broadcasting talent, reaching qualified buyers around the world. They create urgency and produce remarkable results."

Nestled among the succulents, lush landscaping and dramatic mountains that dot the Arizona landscape in the heart of highly-desirable Paradise Valley, the Tuscan-inspired estate at 6733 East Caron Street offers quiet respite and spectacular sunsets with ideal proximity in mind — all under the clear skies of the Sonoran Desert.

Concierge Auctions' global marketing campaign generated over 5,200 website visits from 45 US states (led by Arizona, California, Texas and Colorado) and 67 international countries (led by Canada, Australia, the UK and France), 301 open house visits and 103 property showings. Four bidders were qualified to compete in the auction.

"Working with Concierge was a great experience. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and friendliness. Their on-site project sales manager really took charge from day one," stated the seller, Gary Erickson. "When my wife and I first reviewed the marketing materials, we were blown away. Now that this one's under contract, we're ready to get Concierge started on another property we own." Details are coming soon.

"When we announced this auction of the East Caron Estate, many raised an eyebrow and wondered why we would 'need' to auction. It's a premier property and undoubtedly would have buyer interest," Aazami continued. "On the contrary, Concierge is demonstrating that auctions are a smart solution for any seller of a fine home who would like to control the closing timeline, and in every market condition."

Concierge Auctions has upcoming luxury property auctions scheduled in Dallas, Texas, Big Sky, Montana, Grand Bahama and Exuma, and many more are already planned for the spring and summer. Digital Transformation is the ultimate goal of cloud computing and related initiatives. The phrase is certainly not a precise one, and as subject to hand-waving and distortion as any high-falutin' terminology in the world of information technology. Yet it is an excellent choice of words to describe what enterprise IT—and by extension, organizations in general—should be working to achieve. Digital Transformation means: handling all the data types being found and created in the organizat...
