LifeQuotes.com Survey Reports Customer Satisfaction at 98 Percent Positive

DARIEN, Ill., April 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeQuotes.com, the instant life insurance price comparison service that gives quotes for 35 highly-rated life insurers and gives its customers the freedom to buy from any company shown, announced today that its telephone sales agent unit achieved a 98% positive customer satisfaction ranking in March.

"It's gratifying, but not surprising, to see these near-perfect customer satisfaction results, which validate the many improvements we've made in our telephone agent recruiting and training procedures over the past 24 months," remarked LifeQuotes.com vice president, Michelle Zieba.  "All callers to our customer care lines are warmly greeted in a non-pressured way regardless of whether the customer is looking for $5,000 or $25 million of life insurance coverage."

In a non-scientific survey conducted throughout March by the company, life insurance shoppers who called the LifeQuotes.com telephone agent advice desk were later asked to grade their experience.  A total of almost 1,300 respondents voted as follows:  Excellent (77%), Very Good (17%), Good (4%), Fair (1%) and Poor (1%).

Zieba continued, "Our experienced telephone agents are kind, caring and known for treating every caller as if they were a favorite long-lost cousin.  We are the antithesis of the high pressure sales environment; our method is to calmly listen to customer needs and then point out life insurance solutions as they might exist among the 35 top-rated life insurers we represent.  The 50 or so telephone agents that we have in place now are the best-trained of our 30 year history."

Lifequotes.com offers free quotes and advice through licensed telephone agents that are available 7 AM to 9 PM Central Daylight Time, 7 days a week.  Instant online quotes are also available 24x7 at www.lifequotes.com.

Life insurance prices are now at or near all-time lows among the big brand name life insurers.  Additionally, the LifeQuotes.com price comparison service can also accurately quote if an illness history exists, which is a time-saver for customers.  Recent customer-pleasing enhancements include the addition of the new instant-decision and no-exam life insurance policies along with buy-online capability for those who want to quote and buy in privacy.  LifeQuotes.com also has a new feature that automatically quotes those life insurance policies that offer early payouts should the insured become chronically or critically ill.

As software becomes more and more complex, we, as software developers, have been splitting up our code into smaller and smaller components. This is also true for the environment in which we run our code: going from bare metal, to VMs to the modern-day Cloud Native world of containers, schedulers and micro services. While we have figured out how to run containerized applications in the cloud using schedulers, we've yet to come up with a good solution to bridge the gap between getting your contain...

Due of the rise of Hadoop, many enterprises are now deploying their first small clusters of 10 to 20 servers.
