LifeQuotes.com Survey Reports Customer Satisfaction at 98 Percent Positive

DARIEN, Ill., April 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeQuotes.com, the instant life insurance price comparison service that gives quotes for 35 highly-rated life insurers and gives its customers the freedom to buy from any company shown, announced today that its telephone sales agent unit achieved a 98% positive customer satisfaction ranking in March.

In a non-scientific survey conducted throughout March by the company, life insurance shoppers who called the LifeQuotes.com telephone agent advice desk were later asked to grade their experience.  A total of almost 1,300 respondents voted as follows:  Excellent (77%), Very Good (17%), Good (4%), Fair (1%) and Poor (1%).
