Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary Body Science LLC has entered into a settlement agreement with Koninklijke Philips N.V. regarding wireless medical diagnostic and monitoring systems. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
