MaxPoint Expands International Operations with European Headquarters in London

MaxPoint, the company that helps retailers and brands generate in-store sales with its innovative Digital Zip® technology, today announced that it has established its European headquarters in London. The office will help the company expand its fast-growing operations in Europe and serve as a hub for the region. Additionally, MaxPoint has appointed Jeanette Taylor, an executive with more than 20 years of advertising market experience, to lead its European operations as UK country manager.

The top 20 global marketers and top 10 global media agencies, as ranked by Advertising Age, use MaxPoint for their digital advertising campaigns. The company’s unique Digital Zip technology generates in-store sales for retailers and brands by helping them reach the right neighbourhoods online with digital advertising. The demand for MaxPoint’s technology continues to grow worldwide. London was the next logical location for the company’s expansion as a number of MaxPoint’s current customers have a significant presence in the country. The UK digital advertising market is the largest in Europe (IBA Europe) and continues to grow. eMarketer predicts that total digital media advertising spend in the United Kingdom will increase from £6.3bn in 2013 (44.3% market share) to £7.1bn this year (47.5% market share).

Jeanette Taylor, the country manager for MaxPoint’s London office, has more than 20 years of experience in sales and digital advertising media. Prior to joining MaxPoint, she served as commercial director of the United Kingdom and Ireland for nugg.ad, one of Europe’s largest ad targeting platform companies. Previously, she also served as digital sales director at Emap and head of digital sales at Nexus Business Media. Taylor holds a BSc in economics from Bath Spa University.
