Somo and Drawbridge Partner on Self-Service Cross-Device Platform for Targeted Mobile Ad Campaigns

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwired - April 09, 2014) - Today Drawbridge, the leader in cross-device advertising, and Somo, the largest independent global mobile solutions company, announced a partnership wherein Somo will utilize the self-service Drawbridge Cross-Device Advertising Platform to run targeted ad campaigns across real-time and reserved inventory from premium publishers. The Drawbridge Cross-Device Advertising Platform is a fully transparent marketplace that facilitates an open buying relationship between advertisers, agencies and publishers.

"We've worked closely with Drawbridge to add value to our clients' mobile campaigns across many verticals, and the cross-device technology is the best we've seen for targeting and retargeting users on mobile devices," said Thomas Schulz, Chief Commercial Officer at Somo. "Partnering with Drawbridge is the natural extension of our long relationship with the team, and being one of the first companies to use the full self-service cross-device platform is very exciting for us."

"Formalizing our partnership with Somo on our cross-device platform is an important milestone for both of our companies," said Drawbridge CEO Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan. "We're building the most advanced cross-device advertising technology, and Somo is focused on delivering innovative mobile solutions to their clients, therefore, this natural partnership is significant for each of our respective missions."

Drawbridge delivers advertising that matters by controlling frequency and content across devices, while delivering dramatic ROI. The technology is based on a statistical algorithm that matches a desktop cookie to a mobile device, creating a pairing. To date, Drawbridge has paired over one billion devices globally using this method, ensuring that ad campaigns are both targeted and scalable.

In addition to purchasing inventory and creating and managing targeted campaigns, Somo will leverage the Drawbridge Cross-Device Platform to measure key performance indicators, including clicks, conversions, audience reach across devices, and cross-device attribution, to improve return on ad spend for their clients.
