(TSX VENTURE: BLN) ("Blackline" or the "Company") today announced that 11 directors and officers of the Company were granted a total of 370,000 stock options at an exercise price of $1.31 per share and exercisable for a period of 5 years subject to regulatory approval. These options are granted under the Company's stock option plan as part of the Company's annual compensation package.
