InfraGard National Members Alliance Announces New Appointments to the Board of Directors

Washington DC, DC, April 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA) announces the appointment of two members to its Board of Directors. The new appointees to three-year terms are Jerry Bowman and Sanford “Sandy” Mangold.

The INMA leads the private sector side of the InfraGard public-private partnership. It is comprised of professionals in critical infrastructure protection, national and homeland security. ”Mr. Bowman and Mr. Mangold bring a wealth of experience in leadership as well as specific non-profit expertise to the Board of Directors of the premier critical infrastructure protection public/private partnership in the country,” said INMA President Sheri Donahue.

Jerry Bowman, RCDD, RTPM, NTS, CISSP, CPP, CDCDP, is the Security Industry Liaison with BICSI. Bowman served on the BICSI Board of Directors for eight years, including two years as BICSI President. Throughout his 17 years as a BICSI member and a long-time contributor to BICSI’s educational offerings and various strategic initiatives, Bowman served as Chair of several BICSI committees and was instrumental in the creation and implementation of BICSI’s NxtGEN Program. During his term as BICSI President, Bowman also oversaw the signing of BICSI’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ASIS International.

Sandy Mangold, is a Retired/Decorated USAF Colonel. His experience as a senior Air Force officer covers a wide range of programs. Post 9/11, Mangold led a Government – Industry team supporting the Joint Counterterrorism Task Force. He is the Chairman of the Board of HBM Associates, LLC which focuses on counterterrorism, homeland security and bringing advanced technology to the special operations and intelligence community.

InfraGard National Members Alliance are very excited to welcome these impressive leaders to the INMA Board of Directors. They bring tremendous expertise and skills that will benefit the InfraGard program.
