TORONTO, April 14, 2014 /CNW/ - ESC Corporate Services Ltd. has agreed to terms for the acquisition of the Quebec based corporate services division of D+H known as C.R.A.C. (Corporate Research and Analysis Centre). The purchase includes the departments fulfilling incorporation services, trademarks and corporate accessories. The transaction is expected to close in May.
"C.R.A.C. and ESC have been trading partners supporting our respective legal customers across Canada for many years. We have entirely complimentary services albeit in different geographic markets. "Together we believe we can enable both C.R.A.C. and ESC's customers to continue to offer timely and knowledgeable corporate services alongside a unique and broad suite of online national and international inquiry and filing services".

C.R.A.C. will operate under its own name and conduct business from its present location at 1080 Beaver Hall in Montreal.
