BOSTON, April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Kantar Media, in conjunction with BuySellAds and other partners, will launch a programmatic initiative that makes guaranteed digital ad inventory available within the SRDS media-planning platform. Kantar Media will publish the BuySellAds catalog of directly sold ad inventory within SRDS.com, giving media planners access to buy inventory directly from publishers through a programmatic insertion order and proposal system.
BuySellAds' publisher inventory will now gain additional exposure among all major US agencies who use the SRDS.com platform to plan digital media campaigns, including those at the four largest advertising holding companies. The synchronization of BuySellAds' publisher inventory to 3rd party buying and planning tools is the next logical step in solidifying BuySellAds as a "central hub" for publishers to manage their directly sold digital ad inventory.
"Our mission all along has been to automate the buying and selling of the world's best digital advertising inventory," says Todd Garland, Founder and CEO of BuySellAds. "At BSA we've had a relentless focus on simplifying the transaction process for digitally sold advertising since 2008. We have maintained our core vision of making this top tier inventory more easily buyable & sellable throughout the craze of the ad exchanges over the last few years, and it is great to see the higher end of the market starting to mature."
"Through this programmatic initiative, Kantar Media's media planning platform, SRDS.com, can revolutionize how digital media is found and ultimately purchased," says Dina Srinivasan, SRDS Managing Director of Emerging Media, Kantar Media. "At Kantar Media, we remain focused on solving planners' needs throughout the media buying process. SRDS.com is now a centralized tool that media decision makers can use to discover avails and pricing across programmatic channels, and be one-click away from transacting."
The BuySellAds Marketplace provides publishers with reliable liquidity for their directly sold digital ad inventory. Additionally, BuySellAds builds digital advertising software for media companies, ad networks, and larger publishers who are looking to leverage the automation that comes with the "programmatic direct" movement with the ability to maintain control over their brand and ad inventory.
BuySellAds software helps advertisers and publishers more easily transact digitally sold ad inventory. Based in Boston, MA, they were ranked #248 on the Inc. 500 in 2012. BuySellAds can be found at http://buysellads.com.
