As the economy picks up, businesses are looking to hire new employees and organizations are relying on talent acquisition software in order to find qualified candidates for their jobs. In a recent PricewaterhouseCoopers survey, a majority of CEOs said they are planning to hire in 2014 and cite their biggest challenge was finding candidates with the necessary skills. Ninety-two percent of respondents plan to reinvent talent strategy operations and 86 percent say technology advances will help transform their businesses.
