Dr. Grady attended NYU College of Dentistry on a full academic scholarship. As a Chief Resident at St. Barnabas Hospital/ Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she utilized her Child Psychology degree in her research of pediatric acceptance of digital radio graphs. She has remained on staff at the hospital and is instrumental in training the future of pediatric dentists. She is frequently asked to speak at seminars regarding effective communication and new advances in pediatric dentistry. As a mother of two she brings real world experience to her practice.
