DENVER, April 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco) (NYSE: AIV), one of the country's largest multifamily owners and operators, has been named a Top Workplace by The Denver Post for the second consecutive year.
The 2014 Top Workplaces ranking is based on surveys completed by more than 56,000 employees from 205 companies. Employers were evaluated on several factors including day-to-day work environment, leadership and values, employee appreciation, and motivation. Team members gave Aimco high marks in the areas of work/life balance, management, direction, execution and engagement.
