ConnectSolutions, a provider of hosted enterprise-class unified communications (UC) technologies for small-to-midsize businesses, enterprises and governments, today announced support for international conferencing across its entire CoSo TeamUP product line.
CoSo TeamUP is a best-in-class conferencing, telephone and video platform that uses cloud-based Microsoft Lync UC technology to drive collaboration and communication while minimizing costs. Businesses will now be able to give their employees, customers and business partners in-country dial-up numbers that enable them to communicate across international borders without incurring additional costs.
The new CoSo TeamUP functionality supports a broad range of locations worldwide, including countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia/Pacific and the Americas. Users in the supported countries who dial the supplied in-country numbers will immediately be connected to a fully integrated public switched telephone network (PTSN) conference call.
“CoSo TeamUP delivers communications and collaboration seamlessly across platforms, networks and firewalls,” said ConnectSolutions' founder and CEO Michael Fitzpatrick. “International conferencing extends CoSo TeamUP’s value proposition across borders, by enabling users to collaborate wherever they are, without paying additional calling fees that are often extremely high.”
CoSo TeamUP offers a complete suite of UC functionality — including telephone calling and voicemail, PC-to-PC voice calling, instant messaging (IM), audio, video and Web conferencing and presence information, available on PCs, smartphones and tablets. This functionality is delivered as a cloud-based hosted services offering that uses Microsoft Lync technology and is fully integrated with Microsoft Office365.
CoSo TeamUP, like ConnectSolutions’ entire product line, is designed to bring businesses closer to their employees, customers and partners, enabling faster decision-making, and granting unparalleled flexibility, all while leveraging CoSo TeamUP's market-leading product turn-up experience.
