Roam Mobility SIM cards-which enable Canadian iPhone and iPad users to access affordable talk, text and data when they travel to the US-are now available to purchase at Simply Computing retail and online at shop.simply.ca.

VANCOUVER, April 22, 2014 /CNW/ - iPhone and iPad users across Canada can now purchase device-compatible SIM cards for affordable US roaming at any of the 8 Simply Computing locations across Canada. Roam Mobility SIM cards can also be purchased online at shop.simply.ca.

"Apple users love their devices, and they don't want to turn them off or leave them behind when they travel across the border," says Emir Aboulhosn, CEO and founder of Roam Mobility. "Our iOS-compatible SIM cards are designed to work seamlessly with any iPhone or iPad to provide instant access to talk, text, and data for as little as $2.95 per day."

Roam SIM cards enable users to avoid roaming rates while enjoying affordable, reliable coverage and unthrottled, high-speed connections across the US. Roam customers can choose Talk+Text, Talk+Text+Data, or Data-only plans that cover any length of travel time, from 1 to 30 days or more. Roam also offers a special "Snowbird Plan" for Canadians who plan to spend 3 months or more across the border.

Each SIM card can be recharged and re-used any time, and cards come in a standard/micro-SIM version for iPhone 4/4s and iPad 2/3rd and 4th generation, or a nano-SIM for iPhone 5/5c/5s, iPad mini and iPad Air.

"We're always looking for new and innovative products that allow our customers to get more out of their Apple devices," says Troy Vierus, VP of Sales and Service, Simply Computing. "Roam Mobility SIM cards are the perfect addition to our product line because they help our iPhone and iPad users stay connected and productive when they travel to the US for business or pleasure."
