PROSPECT, Ill., April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber Innovation Labs, LLC (CIL), a premier enterprise-class design/build/manage service provider of EMP and Solar Flare Protected Data Centers, announced today the establishment of a new entity, EMP GRID Services, LLC, by virtue of a teaming agreement signed with Cupertino Electric, Inc., ETS-Lindgren, Resilient Design Fabrication and WiredRE.
The agreement unites the five entities to leverage one another's industry expertise, unique capabilities and significant project history to market and deliver electromagnetic pulse (EMP), IEMI, HEMP, and Solar Flare-protected enterprise data center solutions. Under the teaming agreement, the five companies will seek mutually-beneficial opportunities incorporating EMP and Solar Flare-shielding technologies in the development of ultra-high resilient enterprise data center facilities.
The EMP GRID (Global Resilient Infrastructure Development) Services team collectively represents annual revenue in excess of $1.4 billion, more than 10 million square feet of delivered data center space and a project portfolio of more than 12,000 customers.
As one of the largest specialty contractors in the nation, Cupertino Electric and its Modular Data Center Division are renowned for delivering highly integrated, scalable and fast-to-deploy solutions and services that span the entire electrical project lifecycle.
