According to a recent US News and World Report article, multivitamins are beneficial and helpful to providing and supporting an important part of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. The author of the piece, Dr. David Katz, states, "When I do recommend multi-nutrients, I will favor those known to be of high quality and packaged in a sensible way to maximize convenience. I will also continue to point out the potential advantages of whole food concentrates, which may be ideal for plugging holes in less than stellar diets, while potentially avoiding the liabilities of conventionally formulated multis."

Vital Formulas' goal for developing Balanced Trio was to create highly effective multivitamins that provide nutritional support for the body at the right time of day.  "There are three reasons why all-in-one multivitamins do not work," says Vital Formulas' Founder, Natalia Lukina. "The first is that some vitamins and minerals inhibit absorption of each other many fold when taken together. The second is that fat-soluble vitamins and micronutrients need the presence of fat to be absorbed well. And finally, some vitamins and minerals have an energizing effect on the body and others have a relaxing effect. Conventional formulations of multivitamins do not take these facts into account."

Balanced Trio is the only multivitamins formula on the market that groups ingredients by their synergy and tailors to the specific time of day one takes them. "I believe that this is the key to truly effective multivitamins," says Lukina.  "People hear so much back and forth from the media and the scientific community about the value of multivitamins so it helps to understand how vitamin and mineral supplements work in the body."

Balanced Trio is currently available for pre-order on the crowdfunding site Indiegogo.  Please visit http://igg.me/at/balancedtrio/ to learn more.

Today, we have more data to manage than ever. We also have better algorithms that help us access our data faster. Cloud is the driving force behind many of the data warehouse advancements we have enjoyed in recent years. But what are the best practices for storing data in the cloud for machine learning and data science applications?
"MobiDev is a Ukraine-based software development company. We do mobile development, and we're specialists in that. Cloud computing delivers on-demand resources that provide businesses with flexibility and cost-savings. The challenge in moving workloads to the cloud has been the cost and complexity of ensuring the initial and ongoing security and regulatory (PCI, HIPAA, FFIEC) compliance across private and public clouds. Manual security compliance is slow, prone to human error, and represents over 50% of the cost of managing cloud applications. Determining how to automate cloud security compliance is critical...
Enterprises have taken advantage of IoT to achieve important revenue and cost advantages. What is less apparent is how incumbent enterprises operating at scale have, following success with IoT, built analytic, operations management and software development capabilities - ranging from autonomous vehicles to manageable robotics installations. They have embraced these capabilities as if they were Silicon Valley startups.
While some developers care passionately about how data centers and clouds are architected, for most, it is only the end result that matters. To the majority of companies, technology exists to solve a business problem, and only delivers value when it is solving that problem. 2017 brings the mainstream adoption of containers for production workloads. In his session at 21st Cloud Expo, Ben McCormack, VP of Operations at Evernote, discussed how data centers of the future will be managed, how the p...
When applications are hosted on servers, they produce immense quantities of logging data. Quality engineers should verify that apps are producing log data that is existent, correct, consumable, and complete. Otherwise, apps in production are not easily monitored, have issues that are difficult to detect, and cannot be corrected quickly. Tom Chavez presents the four steps that quality engineers should include in every test plan for apps that produce log output or other machine data. Learn the ste...
Wooed by the promise of faster innovation, lower TCO, and greater agility, businesses of every shape and size have embraced the cloud at every layer of the IT stack – from apps to file sharing to infrastructure. The typical organization currently uses more than a dozen sanctioned cloud apps and will shift more than half of all workloads to the cloud by 2018. Such cloud investments have delivered measurable benefits. But they’ve also resulted in some unintended side-effects: complexity and risk. ...

When talking IoT we often focus on the devices, the sensors, the hardware itself. The new smart appliances, the new smart or self-driving cars (which are amalgamations of many ‘things'). When we are looking at the world of IoT, we should take a step back, look at the big picture. What value are these devices providing. IoT is not about the devices, its about the data consumed and generated. The devices are tools, mechanisms, conduits. This paper discusses the considerations when dealing with the...
