Neiman Marcus And Bergdorf Goodman Partner With Fashion Project To Provide White Glove Clothing Donation Service

Celebrating 30 years, the InCircle loyalty program now offers members an opportunity to donate gently used luxury clothing, shoes and accessories, to raise money for a worthy cause

BOSTON, April 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fashion Project, the premier online clothing donation service, today announced a partnership with luxury stores Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman to provide a personalized charitable clothing donation service for customers who participate in the InCircle loyalty program. All members, regardless of their annual spending, can utilize the White Glove Clothing Donation service to donate gently used luxury clothing, shoes, and accessories to a charity of their choice.

The Fashion Project service and accompanying Wardrobe Consultation are just one of the many new benefits the retailers are offering InCircle members in celebration of their 30th anniversary. The retailers have a long-standing commitment to charitable giving and specifically supporting arts experiences for youth through their "The Heart of Neiman Marcus" program, which will be one of the 800,000+ charitable organizations customers can choose to donate to through Fashion Project.

The White Glove Clothing Donation service powered by Fashion Project offers pickup services for customers donating 10 items or more for locations within 30 miles of a Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman store. For every 10 items donated, InCircle members will earn $100 gift cards to Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman, up to $1,000. Once a donation is processed, the customer receives a tax receipt via email for the value of the donated items. Fashion Project donates the majority of net proceeds from each item to the charity of the donor's choice.
