ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that it served as legal advisor to WorkForce Software, LLC on the majority investment by New York-based Insight Venture Partners.

The Miller Canfield team, which was led by corporate and M&A principal Jeffrey L. LaBine (New York, NY and Ann Arbor, MI), included tax principal Gary R.
