MedScope and Visiting Angels Announce Partnership to Provide Medical Alert Systems to Visiting Angels' Clients

WYNNEWOOD, Pa. and HAVERTOWN, Pa., April 27, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- MedScope (www.medscope.org), the leading provider of high-tech medical alert systems, and Visiting Angels (www.visitingangels.com), one of the nation's largest in-home care companies, have jointly announced a partnership to provide MedScope's full array of Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) devices and services to Visiting Angels' franchisees.  Doing so will enable each owner to offer comprehensive medical alert programs to their clients.  Included in these offerings are MedScope's Land Line PERS, Cellular PERS and their newest offering, the revolutionary new Mobile PERS.  All of these devices are monitored by MedScope's team of dedicated emergency care professionals, 24-hours-per-day, 365-days-per-year.

As a Visiting Angels Approved Provider, MedScope will offer special pricing to any referral made through the Visiting Angels organization.  Additionally, MedScope will lend all of its equipment completely free of charge to Visiting Angels' franchise owners looking to start a medical alert program.  Additional benefits include no upfront costs, low monthly monitoring fees, non-binding agreements and complimentary use of MedScope's web-based Partner Portal, to effectively manage their program.
