NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 04/28/14 -- The Bauhouse Group announced today that The Corcoran Group has been retained as the exclusive marketing and sales agent for 515 West 29th Street, a $100+ million residential and retail development slated to occupy the only property in Manhattan framed on two sides by High Line Park. Corcoran Associate Broker Noble Black will spearhead sales for the project, which are anticipated to launch this fall.
"515 West 29th Street is poised to deliver apartments of a different caliber," said Joseph Beninati, Managing Member of The Bauhouse Group. "Corcoran's clear market leadership and Noble's track record as Chelsea's top broker was what initially drew our attention to the firm; however, it was the keen interest and attention paid to the project by Corcoran's executive team that ultimately convinced us that this was the perfect partnership. It showed us that Bauhouse's clients would receive the highest level of care when buying homes at 515 West 29th Street. We're looking forward to unveiling the building's design in the coming weeks," added Beninati.
"The building's sophisticated design, both inside and out, is going to be the perfect complement to its prime West Chelsea location," says Black, a premier luxury broker. "Demand for luxury product downtown is greater than ever, and with the wrapping of the High Line almost around 515 West 29th -- it is a unique property and like no other."
515 West 29th Street will comprise a sophisticated collection of homes, many with expansive outdoor living spaces, soaring ceiling heights and breathtaking views. A dramatic double-height ground-floor retail space will be housed at the base of the building and the leasing agent on that retail space will be announced shortly.
The Bauhouse Group has additional projects in the pipeline spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons.

Data is an unusual currency; it is not restricted by the same transactional limitations as money or people. In fact, the more that you leverage your data across multiple business use cases, the more valuable it becomes to the organization. And the same can be said about the organization’s analytics. In his session at 19th Cloud Expo, Bill Schmarzo, CTO for the Big Data Practice at EMC, will introduce a methodology for capturing, enriching and sharing data (and analytics) across the organizati...
