Dialogue Marketing Recognized as Top 50 Teleservices Agency by CUSTOMER Magazine

Dialog Direct, an integrated marketing solution and customer care provider, has announced that TMC and CUSTOMER magazine have named Dialogue Marketing on its CUSTOMER 29th Annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking for 2013. Dialogue Marketing became part of Dialog Direct in January 2014.

The annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking began in 1986 and recognizes the top inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, both domestic and international, as well as interactive inbound. Teleservices agencies are ranked for being the largest companies in the industry as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes completed during the past year.
