(TSX VENTURE: CBJ) ("CB Gold" or the "Company") has filed a National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") technical report entitled "Independent Technical Report on the Vetas Gold Project, Santander Department, Republic of Colombia" (the "Report"). The report is available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and will also be available on the Company's website at www.cbgoldinc.com.
The Report was authored by Guy Dishaw, PGeo and Dr. Wayne Barnett, Pri.Sci.Nat. of SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK"), both Qualified Persons as defined under NI 43-101. Guy Dishaw is responsible for the estimation of the Vetas Gold Project mineral resources.
