VOIPFUTURE announces that Angel Telecom AG has signed a contract to use the VOIPFUTURE monitoring solution as part of a companywide quality initiative.
From an industry perspective, no-contract will dominate the mobile market by 2015. Having had 37% category share in 2013, prepaid is estimated to take the 50 % hurdle within the next two years.
Angel Telecom is investing into a long-term strategy always striving to improve customer value and reduce churn. Angel Americas LLC with its well-established brands STi Prepaid, CVT and Epana is a leading US prepaid international long distance carrier. After takeover by Angel Telecom in 2013, Angel Americas developed a new approach to the prepaid market.
