Pigs and Pinot - Celebrate BBQ Month at Muse in The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland

Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Offers an Unforgettable Dining Experience

CLEVELAND, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 04/30/14 -- The culinary team of MUSE at The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland is thrilled to unveil a "Pigs & Pinot" menu in honor of BBQ Month. Throughout May, guests can indulge in this specialty three-course prix fixe dinner.

Chef de Cuisine Brandon Stevens is proud to present this robust menu to Cleveland diners. Chef Stevens is new to Cleveland as he grew up in Amory, Mississippi, and began his culinary career in South Carolina, specializing in low country cuisine. Chef Brandon competes in world class BBQ competitions and is part of a world championship BBQ team. His family even has their own BBQ rub, Betts Seasoning, which is featured on the "Pigs & Pinot" menu.

"This menu is a tribute to my heritage. It's in honor of my grandparents who I would watch cook growing up. From memories of smelling glazed pig roasting in the family's supermarket or snacking on fried pork skins while we fished together, this menu incorporates nods to them and the cuisine I grew up enjoying," says Chef Stevens.

Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, MUSE offers a casually chic dining experience featuring contemporary American cuisine inspired by simple farm-to-table ingredients cooked to perfection. Appetizing and artistic, each menu is crafted with significant attention placed on local and regional influences. Dishes draw much of their inspiration from the flavors available from a small group of specialty growers whose passion for authentic, quality ingredients matches that of the MUSE culinary team.

The ambience in MUSE is created by rich woods and highlighted local art on the walls and tables. Each piece is original, vibrant and created by a talented artist in the area. The intimate restaurant seats 60, including a bar area which features an impressive wine and spirit list.

The "Pigs & Pinot" Famer's Market Menu special is available for $40 per person or $55 per person with the pinot wine pairing, but only for the month of May.

With the recipe for inspiration, guests enjoy fine dining experiences that are genuine and representative of the flavors of Cleveland. It's an awakening of the senses. For reservations in MUSE, please call (216) 902-5255.

DevOps is under attack because developers don’t want to mess with infrastructure. They will happily own their code into production, but want to use platforms instead of raw automation. That’s changing the landscape that we understand as DevOps with both architecture concepts (CloudNative) and process redefinition (SRE). Rob Hirschfeld’s recent work in Kubernetes operations has led to the conclusion that containers and related platforms have changed the way we should be thinking about DevOps and...

Companies are harnessing data in ways we once associated with science fiction. Analysts have access to a plethora of visualization and reporting tools, but considering the vast amount of data businesses collect and limitations of CPUs, end users are forced to design their structures and systems with limitations. Until now. As the cloud toolkit to analyze data has evolved, GPUs have stepped in to massively parallel SQL, visualization and machine learning.

Large industrial manufacturing organizations are adopting the agile principles of cloud software companies. The industrial manufacturing development process has not scaled over time. Enterprises are adopting Kubernetes to accelerate the development and the delivery of cloud-native applications. However, sharing a Kubernetes cluster between members of the same team can be challenging. And, sharing clusters across multiple teams is even harder. As a result, it’s becoming common for enterprises to end up with several clusters. Thi...
