("Amarok" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:AMR) is pleased to announce that it has filed its audited consolidated financial statements and the related management's discussion and analysis for the twelve months ended December 31, 2013 and the annual information form of the Corporation ("AIF") for the year ended December 31, 2013 on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR"). The AIF contains disclosure of the Corporation's reserves evaluation effective as of December 31, 2013, as required by National Instrument 51-101.
