DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/14 -- There is a global alliance of international organizations held in the United States, Eastern Europe, India, Oceania, Micronesia, and the Caribbean who are pursuing multilateral strategies and catalysts amongst diplomatic missions, civil societies, and intergovernmental affairs to broaden its global leverage, capabilities, sustainability, and leadership at the United Nations and European Union. Collectively, these major groups have combined to establish an extreme impact on thematic points as climate change, mitigation on workforce and labor, prevention of drug and human sex trafficking, biodiversity, social development, and sustainable education and healthcare.
Thousands of regional and international organizations make up the "iCSO" database of admitted organizations to United Nations Department of Social Affairs. A smaller portion of these organizations hold special status or accreditation from one or more U.N. bodies, which allow them various privileges and designated authority at the United Nations in most cases. Nonetheless, their involvement and contribution as an observers or delegate supports the treaties and conventions as Millennium Development Goals and Post-2015 Development Agenda, which are universal subjects at the United Nations today.
Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperit y ("DMPP"), a diplomatic mission based in Tirana, Albania has set an example for other Missions involved in multilateral affairs through the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe. Dr. Shefki Hysa, a notable journalist, writer, and author, who is Governor-General of DMPP has successfully entered cooperation with United Nations affiliates in regions as Micronesia, West Africa, India, and the Caribbean through partnerships with International Mission of ECCO2 Global Partners ("ECCO2"), Academy of Universal Global Peace, and American Diplomatic Mission For Peace and Security.
The organization was founded by American Ambassador Richard Holbrooke as a peace mission in the Balkans, under the ideas of the movement for Peace and Prosperity of the former American President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Today DMPP works as an international lobbying firm and has expanded its network to Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Italy, Israel, Turkey, France, Belgium, USA, South America, Africa, Australia, Romania, India, and more recently, the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (CCASG). Thus, DMPP's chain of allies enable more robust methods of diversification to global stakeholders, sponsors, and contributors, who hold interests in supporting specific thematic causes or designated regions.
Ambassador Ca ry Lee P e terso n of Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity and Main Representative to the United Nations Office of Vienna (for CMOCDAPUNDHJ) has recently made statements at the United Nations in New York (SIDS) and has spoken to the Press regarding his views on improving the relationship between Major Groups and Member States, in addition making suggestions to broaden the awareness and support on multilateralism amongst intergovernmental organizations (IGO) and stakeholders in order to increase the international trading commerce through voluntary partnerships and sustainable development between Member States of the U.N. and E.U.
Overall, the endeavors, commitments, and participation of these major groups (whether a non-governmental organization, intergovernmental organization, civil society organization, or diplomatic mission) are undeniably necessary to establish and maintain delegations and lobbying that influence the current and future focal points of world government and politics.
