ZeOmega Inc., the premier provider of software solutions for population healthcare management, is pleased to announce that it will host the second annual ZeOmega Client Conference, May 7-9 in Dallas, TX. The event will enable representatives of ZeOmega’s growing client base to preview enhancements to Jiva™, the company’s market-leading population healthcare management platform, interact with ZeOmega staff and management, and offer direct input on the company’s continued product innovation plans. Attendees will also hear from recognized industry experts and ZeOmega thought leaders on the future of healthcare.
“As our business continues to expand, being able to have one-on-one interaction with clients is invaluable, if not essential,” says Nandini Rangaswamy, executive vice president and chief strategy officer for ZeOmega. ”Our company has largely established itself as a market leader by serving as our clients’ strategic partner — not just a software vendor. The client conference is a key opportunity for us to strengthen those relationships, maximize value for our end-users, and gain key insights for ongoing development.”
This year’s conference will be centered on the theme “Connect. Engage. Converge.” According to Ms. Rangaswamy, this theme not only reflects the future of how healthcare stakeholders will need to work together, but what ZeOmega brings to the table to enable this. “In this post-reform era, stakeholders need to connect if they expect to work in an environment of true collaboration,” says Ms. Rangaswamy. “Collaboration, however, requires engagement among providers, patients and other stakeholders to be truly effective. Finally, it is clear that payer and provider convergence is the future of healthcare as they evolve into models of shared financial and clinical risk. Our conference will be a great forum for discussing how these elements all work together to improve population health.”
The event will include a keynote address from Gartner Principal Research Analyst Jeff Cribbs, along with clinical and technology tracks, a hands-on Jiva demo lab, and Jiva use-case presentations from nationally-recognized health plans. Educational breakout sessions with ZeOmega product management, development, professional services, and support staff will offer previews of new and forthcoming Jiva features, and allow attendees to exchange information and share best practices with colleagues from across the country.
“This year’s agenda builds off of the success of last year’s Client Conference,” Ms. Rangaswamy says. “It’s designed for maximum interactivity and discussion around some of the industry’s dominant topics, which are also our customers’ areas of interest. The overriding goal is for attendees to come away from the event with new information and capabilities that can help them better navigate the changing healthcare landscape.”

The vision of a connected smart home is becoming reality with the application of integrated wireless technologies in devices and appliances.
