Apex Systems Earns Recognition for Supplier Excellence at the 2014 Agile•1 Customer Forum

Apex Systems, an IT staffing and services company, is proud to announce that it was recognized by Agile•1 with the Platinum Award as part of the company’s Supplier Excellence Awards. The award was received during the 2014 Agile•1 Supplier Excellence Summit which took place in Tampa, Florida, May 1-2.

“We are proud to be one of the 15 valued suppliers and honored to be recognized as the top award winner in our category,” noted Shawn Handley, SVP of Business Development. “Our strong partnership with Agile•1 has enabled us to provide a higher level of support to our clients. The robust practices we developed together have proven to be excellent workforce solutions for our clients by assisting them in overcoming challenges and helping set them up for future success.”

“At Agile•1 we know our suppliers are an integral part of our success and value their contribution,” said Peter Carvalho, President of Agile-1. “Apex Systems was selected for this award because of their consistent excellence in everything they do. They have a strong track record of delivering best-in-class service for Agile-1 and our clients.”

Suppliers were evaluated based on overall performance, feedback from on-site teams and ease of engagement. Ratings were obtained from raw performance data pulled for each supplier by account and on-site teams were engaged to conduct surveys on each supplier using client-based criteria. A normalized scored was created for every supplier to define actual rankings based on assurance of supply, quality and service. "The suppliers acknowledged by our Supplier Excellence awards are leaders in their fields,” said Jaideep Majumdar, Senior Director, Global Strategic Sourcing. “We are honored to work with them to provide the workforce solutions our clients expect from us.”
