PONTE VEDRA, FL--(Marketwired - May 02, 2014) - ADS Waste Holdings, Inc., operating as Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, announced today that Bill Westrate has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) effective today. He will direct Advanced Disposal's administrative functions, including human resources, procurement and information technology.

As vice president of information technology at Advanced Disposal and former CIO of Veolia Environmental Services North America, Westrate has worked closely for four years with Burke, who will become CEO effective July 1.
Westrate has more than 17 years of experience in executive IT leadership and has held positions with Aramark, Service Master, InterDent and Van Kampen Funds. Westrate holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and business administration from Taylor University.
