mPower Technologies Names National Sales Manager

mPower Technologies Inc. (http://mpowertech.com/), the consumer products subsidiary of mPhase Technologies, Inc. (XDSL), announced today Mr. Alan Steen has been named National Sales Manager. As the consumer products division grows, Alan is positioned to strengthen and lead the sales force along with continuing to establish strong retail and distributor relationships for the company.

Mr. Steen comes to mPower with over two decades of experience in sales and marketing. He spent 12 years in finance as a sales representative with Paine Webber and Prudential Bache Securities. He held the position of Director of Marketing Services for a division of Penton Media. He most recently comes from USA LED Lighting Solutions in Southbury, CT. As an Air Force Veteran, Alan has the drive, commitment and discipline that combine with his sales skills to aggressively move the consumer product line forward.

The focus of Mr. Steen’s sales force is to grow the channel distribution for the mPower JumpIt and the Mini JumpIt products. Both of which can be found on the company’s website at www.jumpitnow.com along with a line of accessories for the portable emergency jumpstarters.
